GETTING STARTED:

1. Purchase this listing in addition to the template you would like edited
2. Your purchase MUST match the item you would like edited (for example you cannot purchase a "single save the date" editing service and have a "game bundle" edited). Any purchases that do not align with what item needs to be edited will be immediately canceled.
3. Email all of your information to "hello@sincerelybynicole.com"

TURNAROUND TIME:

1. Turnaround times will vary based on the size of your project
2. Turnaround for single invites, games, save the dates etc. is typically 4-5 business days
3. Turnaround time for larger projects can take 7-14 business days
4. Please keep this in mind when purchasing as expedited services are NOT available.
5. Turnaround times are based on when I receive your information. To avoid delays please send your information over as soon as possible.

♡ Kindly note that editing does require time and effort on my side. No refunds will be issued once the item is purchased. Thank you for understanding.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

1. Any more than a single purchase (unless purchasing an additional editing listing)
2. Custom fonts, colors, orientation changes, etc. The template will be edited AS IS with your wording.
3. SPELLING AND GRAMMAR SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED please double check your wording before sending it over to me
4. Revisions or additional edits once the final product is approved. (you will have access to the template if you need to make changes yourself however!)
5. Printing services. It is up to you to download and print your item at home or with a print shop.
