What's the difference between a Canva template and printed stationery?
Canva templates are digital designs that you can personalize yourself and print wherever you'd like. Printed stationery is professionally printed and shipped directly to you, so you don't have to worry about printing anything yourself!
Are all designs available as both Canva templates and printed stationery?
Not all designs are available in both formats. Each product listing will show the available options, sizes, and pricing.
Can I change the fonts, colors, or wording of a printed design?
Printed designs are sold as shown, with only the personalization options specifically listed in the product description. Changes to fonts, colors, layouts, or additional wording aren't available unless otherwise stated.
Please double-check your personalization details before ordering! Text will be copied exactly as entered.
Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Proofs aren't automatically provided, but you're welcome to request one! Please reach out before your order begins processing if you'd like to see a proof.
Editable Canva Templates
How do Canva templates work?
After purchasing a Canva template, you'll receive access to your digital design. You can open the template in Canva, make the available edits, and download your finished design for printing.
Will I receive a physical item if I purchase a Canva template?
No. Canva templates are digital products only, and nothing will be physically shipped. If you'd prefer a printed item, please select a printed option when available.
Can I change everything in my Canva template?
Editing options vary by design. Please review the product description to see which elements can be personalized before purchasing.
Printed Stationery & Shipping
What type of paper do you use?
Printed cardstock signs and cards are produced on 120 lb white matte cardstock. Other products may have different materials, so please check the individual listing for details.
Do printed signs come with a frame or stand?
No. Frames, easels, and other display accessories shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically stated. Cardstock signs will not stand on their own and will need a frame or holder for display.
How long will it take to receive my printed order?
Printed stationery currently takes approximately 4–7 business days to process, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days for U.S. shipping.
Please keep in mind that processing and shipping are separate, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. I recommend ordering early, especially for time-sensitive events!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available for select orders. Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up delivery after your order has shipped. It does not shorten processing or printing times. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.
Will all of my items arrive in the same package?
Not necessarily! Some items are printed and shipped separately depending on the products ordered. For example, printed signs and personalized napkins may arrive in different packages.
If your order ships separately, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment. Please note that packages may arrive on different dates, even if they were purchased together.
Returns & Customer Support
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because digital templates are delivered electronically and printed stationery is made to order, I generally don't accept returns or refunds for changes of mind or personalization details entered incorrectly.
However, if your order arrives damaged, there's a printing error, or something isn't right, please reach out so I can review the issue and help make it right!
